Corrections, questions and suggestions are all welcome. Specific and sourced is more useful than general — if a figure is wrong, tell us which one and what it should be.

What to send

  • Corrections. A wrong temperature, an inconsistent figure, a broken link. Please say where you saw it.
  • Additions. A tool or a steel you think belongs in the reference, and why.
  • Questions. If something in a guide is unclear, that is a signal the writing needs work.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give personalised safety, legal or medical advice, identify a knife, value a knife, or recommend a specific product or supplier. Questions about a specific tool’s wiring, gas connection or repair should go to the manufacturer or a qualified technician.

Response time

This is a small independent project, so replies take a while. Corrections that affect published figures are prioritised.
